Prerequisites

You will need:

• Windows, Mac OS, or Linux x64 desktop/laptop
• At least 4GB ram to dedicate to running a Virtual Machine
• At least 5GB disk space

You should be comfortable with the following:

• Kubernetes Concepts:
  • pods
  • statefulsets
  • services
  • storage classes
  • persistent volumes
  • persistent volume claims
• Kubernetes command line tool kubectl
• Creating basic Docker images
• Basic Python
• Basic Bash

You will need the following software (instructions will be provided):

• Vagrant
• Virtualbox
• Virtualbox Extensions
• Git Client
